Excellent City Stay

The room included a king size bed and a seating area. I found two complimentary water bottles daily. The bathroom had both a tub and a separate shower. I noted that the climate control was effective.
The in-room safe required a bit of troubleshooting to operate correctly. I found it slightly inconvenient.

Acceptable experience overall

great selectioncomplimentary waterunhelpful staffdouble bed
The breakfast buffet offered a really great selection. It had something for everyone. Complimentary bottles of water were available in the rooms. THAT was a nice touch.
I booked a room and found only a double bed. I advised reception, but this problem was not resolved. The staff member on the night shift was unhelpful, and the situation was frustrating.
